Adobe releases PageMill 2.0J
The Japanese version of PageMill for Macintosh, from Adobe Systems, eases the struggle of learning HTML coding and enables webpage makers to view a page as they put it together. New features of version 2.0J include "drag and drop" of tables (and spreadsheets) and frames into webpages, as well as Netscape Navigator plug-in files (PDF, QuickTime movies and VR, and Shockwave). Other notable functions are text conversion to HTML files, easy font size and color changes, editing of animated GIFs and sound files, and creation of clickable maps.
The suggested retail price is JPY17,800. Adobe will support upgrades from 1.0J and English versions of PageMill.
